This sheet has been made for 30 classes each having a strength of 60 students. Details like class, division, class fee and academic year are derived automatically from the Link and Summary Sheet. For ease of maintaining receipt details, you can add a comment in each cell along with the date of receipt and its respective receipt number. Hence, as and when required you can look for the date of receipt and receipt number or such other details by simply moving the pointer to that respective amount.

Throughout the academic year, the admin enters the amount against each student as and when received from them. The last column displays the outstanding amount against each student.

You can view and convey as and when required. This sheet contains fee receipt data also. So when the admin will try to print the class-wise fee outstanding report, he has to cells.

Thus, a separate sheet has been created to display and print the class-wise outstanding report. Similar to Fee Receipt sheet, Fee Pending Sheet also consists of 30 classes each having a strength of 60 students. This sheet will directly display a report of pending fee of all students of each respective class.

In case, someone paid in full then it will display 0 Zero. On top-left it will display class and academic year and on top-right if will display total outstanding of that particular class.
