Why arent my steam workshop mods not downloading eu4

Jan 24, Subscribe to all the eu4 mods you want, then head over to another games workshop and download a random mod. That seems to kickstart the download for the eu4 mods.

Aytumious First Lieutenant 18 Badges. Jun 20, You need to go into your library then go to properties for EU4 and make sure Enable Steam Cloud Synchronization is checked under the Updates tab. It doesn't matter if you use cloud saves, for some reason you need to have that checked for mods to update properly. Last edited: May 19, Cloud sync already enabled.

I only had 2 in my favorites and one in my "Currently Playing" category when originally there were many. I'm going to restart steam once more. Before I do I am going to unsubscribe from some mods that haven't installed and delete ones that are installed as well as their files in the mods folder and workshop folders. We'll see how it goes. I have no game updates going on, just the workshop is downloading.

Alright I buckled down and reinstalled the games affected. Still is not working. Some mods updated which weren't previously but new mods still will not install. Suvierno View Profile View Posts. It could be a reason why steam isn't downloading your mods.

I'm having this exact some problem. I'm at a complete loss too. It seems like the eu4 mods and other Paradox games are just kinda messed up on the steam workshop.
